In this episode, Mark Buckley, founder of FMA Strength Training, talks about his view on program design. Mark has a deep knowledge of everything that is needed to perform at the highest level. He has the ability to simplify the most complicated concepts so that his students can understand it properly and use it efficiently with their clients and athletes.
We talk about common problems found in the program design used for different objectives. His 3 steps approach is really simple yet super effective. I really like that he doesn’t try to convince you that his method is the only one that works. Instead he agrees that almost every method has a place in programming depending of your goals and assessment.
